SSNIT Launches Virtual Branch to Boost Member Convenience
The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) has launched a Virtual Branch to enhance convenience and access for Members.
This move according the Director General for SSNIT, Alfred Biney part the trust's digital drive to serve members in real time
"This initiative forms part of the Trust's ongoing digital transformation agenda to make its services more accessible and efficient for Members and the public," He said.
Alfred Biniey during the launch on Wednesday said the Virtual Branch enables Members to access SSNIT services remotely, without the need to visit a physical branch.
Through this platform, Members can initiate and track service requests, obtain information and engage with SSNIT officers in real time.
"The launch of the Virtual Branch is a significant milestone in our efforts to put Members at the center of everything we do," said Kwesi Afreh Biney, Director-General of SSNIT.
"We are committed to harnessing technology to deliver seamless and efficient services to our Members, wherever they are in the country."
"This initiative reflects SSNIT’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve service delivery, deepen member engagement and respond to the evolving needs of a growing and diverse membership base," Biney added.
The Virtual Branch complements SSNIT’s existing physical branch network and other digital channels, ensuring Members across the country, including those in underserved and remote communities, can access SSNIT services with ease.
